of my body and knowing that it is apointed for men once to dy do make and ordain this my last Will and testement that is to say
prinsaplely and first of all I do give and recommend my soul Into the hand of god that gave It me hopeing through the merits of
Jesus Christ to haue free pardon of all my sins and to inherit etearnal Lif and my body to be desently buried in the earth at the
deseretion of myexecutor heer after nameed nothing doubting I,ut at the resurrection I shall reciue the same again but the mighty
Pour of god and as touching such worldly estate it hath pleesed god to bestow me in this Lif I giue and devise and dispose of the
same In the maner and form folowing that is to say first I will that time after my decees by my executor heer after named
Item I giue vnto my son Peter shumway all the sheep of mine which he hath in his hand and all so that four Pounds which he hath
in his hands due to me by bill.
Item I do giue and bequeath unto my son Joseph shumway all that money which I haue In Capt Peabodys hands and allso all
that money which Is due to me from John houey Juner of topsfield.
Item I giue and bequeath unto my grandaughter mary butler all that money which is du to me from Beniemin bixbe of topsfield
and that money which is du to me from mikeill donill of topsfield
Item I giue and bequeath vnto my daughter dapis [Dorcas?] Butler two thirds of all my houshould goods.
Item I giue and bequeath one third of all my houshould goods vnto my daughter meriah my son Peters shumways wif and allso
all the debts owing to me not mentioned in this will I do order for the Paying of my funeral and other nesasery chargis which will
aries and if thare shall be any money Left in my executors hands when all debts are Payed I do glue and bequeath the same
unto my son Joseph Shumway.
Allso I do make and constitute thomas Perley Jr executor of this my Last will and testament and do commit to him the care of
the executing my will and Pleasure herein contained as witnes my hand and seal this third day of Aprill In the year of our
