Luther A Shumway
Luther A Shumway, RD 3, died Saturday, February, 20th at his home, He was 84.
Mr Shumway attended the First Methodist Church.
He was a member of the Charleston Valley Grange.
Born August 1880 in Delmar Twp., he was the son of Delancey Shumway and Ada Spencer Shumway/
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs Ruth McCahon of Exton, and Mrs Louise Moffett, Honey Brooks; a son, Marion L RD 3,
a sister, Mrs Ruth Hodder, of Johnson City, N Y; two brothers, Ross and Peter both of Wellsboro; 10 grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren.
Thw funeral was held Tuesday at Johnson and Tussey's Funeral Home. Burial in the Shumway Hill Cemetery.
