Max B. Shumway passed away Oct. 26th, 2002 on Highway 6 due to an auto accident.
He was born July 18th, 1969 in Bountiful, Utah to Merrill D. and W. Kay Black Shumway. He married Pamela Sorensen on June 6, 1993
in Reno, Nevada.
Max was a very caring and loving person. He lived to be with his wife and children. He loved them more than anything on earth. Max
was a gifted and talented artisan. His creations were an inspiration to all that saw them. Max loved the outdoors and God's creations.
He loved hunting and fishing while out among God's environment. Given a choice Max would have preferred to have been born at
an earlier day, a day where our society lived a simpler slower pace life style. Max had a gift of forgiving those whom he thought
had offended him. He could always move on and forget the past.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Sorensen Shumway; sons - Taylor Lee and Triston Dee; daughter - Taryn Kay. Parents -
Merrill and Kay Shumway; grandmother - Hilma B. Black; Brothers - Steven Merrill and Clinton (Tammy) Dee; Sisters -
