September 7, to October 31, 1863, absent; October 2, 1863, Covington, Kentucky,
U. S. G. Hospital.
November, 1863 through October, 1864 was present.
November 1, 1864 appointed Corporal.
December, 1864: sick at Strawberry Plains, Tenn., U. S. Hosp., Knoxville, Tenn.
January and February, 1865: present.
March and April, 1865: absent, sick at Nashville, Tenn.
May 20, 1865: Nashville, Tenn., Died, chronic diarrhea. Died in Cumberland Hospital, May 21, 1865.
Interred: City Cemetery, lot 13650, Nashville, Tennessee. Moved to Nashville National Cemetery,
section "J", lot 14405.
