afternoon to Miss Emogene Frances Stratton, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred S. Berry of Blairtown, N. J.
The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Nehemiah H. Boyton of the Clinton Avenue Congregational Church.
Brooklyn, in the parlors of the Hotel Belmont, Forty-second Street and Park Avenue. at 4 o'clock. In the
presence of only the families of the bride and bride-groom. The bride wore a lace robe and diamond
ornaments, a gift. of the bride-groom.
Mr. and Mrs. Shumway will after a brief wedding trip occupy apartments at the Ionic, at Metrose,
Mass ., give a reception to their friends at the home of the bridegroom's parents,
25 Bellevua Avenue, Melrose.
