I am very Interested in the Shumway Family as my grandfather's name was "Roy George Shumway" born 8 march 1894 to "Winslow Shumway and Ida Deyoe". According to my mother Donna Shumway, her father's father was a very old man when her father (Roy) was born and died during his (Roy) early years... I am currently trying to get facts as to the place of birth of my grandfather and more data ... I am wondering if the Winslow Shumway could be the same Winslow that would be my G-Grandfather... If anyone has any light that they could shed on the subject it would be greatly appreciated..
